You can request deletion of your game account and the personal data associated with it in either of the two ways below. Method 2 does not require you to open or reinstall the game.

Method 1 — Delete your account inside the game

  1. Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the main screen
  2. In Settings, tap “Log Out” — the button with the crossed-out person icon, which opens the account deletion flow
  3. On the Apply to Delete Game Account screen, review the deletion requirements, tick the confirmation box and tap Next
  4. Type the red confirmation text shown on screen, then tap Confirm Deletion

Method 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the game, cannot sign in, or would rather not use the in-game flow, send us an email and we will delete your account for you.

Please include:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request — Wasteland Gun God
  • Your in-game character ID (shown as ID on the Settings screen)
  • Your server name
  • The platform you played on (Android or iOS)

We verify your identity using the information above and then delete the account. If we need anything else to confirm you own the account, we will reply and tell you what is required.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Data What happens
Account, character, nickname, in-game progress Permanently deleted — cannot be recovered
Email address, third-party login identifiers (Google / Facebook) Permanently deleted
Device identifiers, IP address, advertising ID Permanently deleted
Chat logs Permanently deleted
Unused paid currency and items Forfeited on deletion and not refunded
Transaction and billing records Retained only where tax and accounting law requires it, stored separately from other data and destroyed once the statutory period ends

How long it takes: deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Identifying information is removed first, within 15 days. Once deletion is complete the account and its data cannot be restored.

Third-party accounts (such as Google or Facebook) are not deleted by this process — delete those with the provider directly.

您可以透過以下兩種方式申請刪除遊戲帳號及相關個人資料。方式二不需要開啟或重新安裝遊戲。

方式一 — 於遊戲內刪除帳號

  1. 點擊主畫面左上角的個人頭像
  2. 於設定中點擊「註銷」按鈕（人像加禁止符號的圖示），即進入帳號刪除流程
  3. 於申請註銷遊戲賬號畫面確認刪除條件，勾選下方確認欄後點擊下一步
  4. 輸入畫面上的紅字確認文字，再點擊確認刪除

若您已解除安裝遊戲、無法登入，或不便使用遊戲內流程，請寄信給我們，由我們為您刪除帳號。

請於信中註明：

  • 主旨： 帳號刪除申請 —《第六絕區》
  • 您的遊戲角色 ID（顯示於設定畫面的 ID 欄位）
  • 所屬伺服器名稱
  • 使用平台（Android 或 iOS）

我們將依上述資訊驗證身分後刪除帳號。若尚需其他資料以確認帳號歸屬，我們會回信告知。

刪除範圍與保留說明

資料 處理方式
帳號、角色、暱稱、遊戲進度 永久刪除，無法復原
電子郵件、第三方登入識別碼（Google／Facebook） 永久刪除
裝置識別碼、IP 位址、廣告 ID 永久刪除
聊天紀錄 永久刪除
未使用的付費點數與道具 隨帳號刪除失效，且不予退款
交易與帳務紀錄 僅於稅務、會計法令要求範圍內保留，與其他資料分離儲存，法定期限屆滿後銷毀

處理時效： 自申請日起 30 天內完成刪除，其中識別類資訊將於 15 天內優先刪除。刪除完成後，帳號及資料將無法復原。

第三方帳號（如 Google、Facebook）不會因此流程一併刪除，請另行向該平台申請。

아래 두 가지 방법 중 하나로 게임 계정과 관련 개인정보의 삭제를 신청하실 수 있습니다. 방법 2는 게임을 실행하거나 재설치하지 않아도 됩니다.

방법 1 — 게임 내에서 계정 삭제

  1. 메인 화면 좌측 상단의 프로필 아이콘을 터치합니다
  2. [설정] 창에서 [계정 삭제] 버튼을 터치합니다
  3. [게임 계정 말소 신청] 화면의 말소 조건을 확인한 후 하단 확인란에 체크하고 **[다음]**을 터치합니다
  4. 화면에 안내된 빨간색 문구를 입력한 후 **[삭제 확인]**을 터치합니다

방법 2 — 이메일로 삭제 신청

게임을 삭제하셨거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 또는 게임 내 절차를 이용하기 어려우신 경우 아래 주소로 메일을 보내 주시면 회사가 계정을 삭제해 드립니다.

메일에 다음 내용을 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 제목: 계정 삭제 신청 — 웨이스트 건스타 : Idle RPG
  • 게임 캐릭터 ID([설정] 화면의 ID 항목)
  • 서버 이름
  • 이용 플랫폼(Android 또는 iOS)

회사는 위 정보로 본인 확인을 거친 후 계정을 삭제합니다. 계정 소유 확인을 위해 추가 자료가 필요한 경우 회신으로 안내드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터와 보관되는 데이터

데이터 처리 방식
계정, 캐릭터, 닉네임, 게임 진행 데이터 영구 삭제 — 복구 불가
이메일 주소, 외부 로그인 식별자(Google / Facebook) 영구 삭제
기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고식별자 영구 삭제
채팅 기록 영구 삭제
미사용 유료 재화 및 아이템 삭제와 함께 소멸되며 환불되지 않음
결제 및 거래 기록 세무·회계 법령이 요구하는 범위에서만 보관하며, 다른 정보와 분리 저장 후 법정 보존기간 경과 시 파기

처리 기간: 신청일로부터 30일 이내에 삭제가 완료되며, 식별 정보는 15일 이내에 우선 삭제됩니다. 삭제가 완료되면 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

외부 계정(Google, Facebook 등)은 본 절차로 함께 삭제되지 않으므로 해당 플랫폼에 직접 신청하셔야 합니다.
